BONUS - What if Missy had appeared on TBBT as a baseball star?
If Missy had appeared on TBBT as a baseball star, it might have added some fun to the show. Missy wasn't a major character anyway, so her role as a baseball player might not have made a big difference. However, after seeing her passion for baseball in Young Sheldon, it would've been much better to see her as a fitness star rather than a waitress at Fuddruckers. This shift could have made her more memorable in the series.
It's worth noting that many female characters on TV shows, like Penny and Rachel Green, start off as waitresses and then transform into more prominent roles.
